The traditional five and six panels caps are available with either structured or unstructured front panels. We are keen to work with individuals customers to develop a special style to suit your requirement.

Finishing
Button
The button on the centre of the crown is usually made to match the colour of the peak. However the button can be produced in any colour to compliment the cap.
Also, we are able to produce embossed brass button with custom logo.
Eyelets
As well as as button, eyelets can be embroidered in any colour. They are also available in brass either painted or unpainted.
Banding
Printed sweat band & seam tapes adding extra value on your cap.
Label
Labels with client's logos can be specially woven or printed. These can include addtional information such as washing instructions
Hangtag
Printed swing hang tag and barcode ticket can be added at the factory before despatch, easing your control on sales and inventory.
Packing
All caps are packed 144pcs/carton, also available packed individually in poly bag.
